Somewhere in Eastern Europe, children between the ages of ten and eighteen gather every summer to wear military uniforms, practice the hard life and learn how to use weapons. The home defense school is dedicated to teaching discipline, patriotism, and camaraderie. Under the camera of Maté Bartha, his photos show us the pain and glory of the children and provide us a different perspective of an unforgettable period of their life.
